My suggestion: focus. Do one thing. It's easy for TI's to get spread thin 100 directions, in terms of all the potential theories, ALL the potential shielding materials. Panic and analysis paralysis are our enemies. So if you need head shielding, read the page I posted and get what you need. Don't delay. Get shielded for the right places and then continue the rest.
